Precision Stamping at a Small Scale
Small parts are unforgiving. There is less material to work with, tighter tolerances to hold, and often more features packed into a smaller footprint than you'd find on a larger stamping. Each component must come off the press right, every time, across a production run that might be tens of thousands of pieces.

We produce small parts and precision components for automotive, electrical, electronics, and appliance applications.
Our progressive dies handle most small parts production, forming multiple features in a continuous strip before final cutoff. We also use tap-in-die technology for parts that require threaded features, which form the thread in a single press stroke rather than as a secondary operation.

Materials include copper, brass, specialty alloys, cold-rolled steel, and aluminum at thicknesses starting from 0.006". At this scale, tooling condition has an outsized effect on part quality, so our tool room stays closely involved in maintaining and adjusting dies throughout a production run.
