For over 80 years, we've been producing precision-stamped metal components from our facility in Huntington, Indiana. Our customers span industries from automotive and electrical to heavy equipment, recreational vehicles, and hardware. The projects change, but our commitment to quality doesn't.
It Starts With the Part
Every component we produce starts with a question: what does this part need to do, and what does it need to withstand? From there, our team works through the full process, from die design and build using CAD and CAM tools to material selection and production runs on progressive, compound, single-station, and line dies.
We stamp a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including cold rolled and alloy steel, high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel, hot rolled mild steel, coated metals like ZAM® and galvanized steel, red metals, and aluminum. Parts range from less than 1/4" to 3 feet in length, with thickness ranging from 0.006" to 0.390". Our high-speed capabilities reach up to 300 strokes per minute, and we offer tap-in-die technology and prototyping services to support your product development.
We're not a one-size-fits-all operation. We're built to be nimble, responsive to custom specifications, shifting timelines, and the real-world demands of the industries we serve.
Quality Isn't a Checkpoint. It's a Culture.
Lime City Manufacturing is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and that certification reflects something we've believed since 1941: quality must be built in, not just inspected. Our comprehensive quality systems aren't a final hurdle at the end of the line. They're woven into every step of production.
When a part leaves our facility, it's ready to perform.
Small Shop. Serious Capability.
At 35,339 square feet, we're not the biggest manufacturer in the Midwest, and we don't need to be. We bring small-town values to every order, whether it's a short prototype run or a high-volume production contract.
At Lime City, you're not just a number. You're a valued partner.
