When people think of metal stamping, they often picture one type of part.
The reality is much broader.
At Lime City Manufacturing, we produce everything from freeze plugs barely the size of a coin to multi-feature chassis brackets with a dozen formed details, serving industries from automotive and appliance to agriculture and electronics.
Out of our facility in Huntington, Indiana, we've been doing this since 1941. Our press lines run from 16 to 300 tons with precision feeding equipment up to 300 strokes per minute. We work across ferrous and non-ferrous metals, thicknesses from 0.006" to 0.390", and a full range of die types, including progressive, compound, and single station.

A drawn ring and retainer assembly requires a very different process than a perforated screen panel or a precision terminal clip. Secondary operations like tapping, welding, deburring, and parts cleaning are available in-house.

We're ISO 9001:2015 certified, and our in-house die build and maintenance team supports consistent quality across medium to high volume production runs.
