Brackets and Formed Parts

By:

From a Simple Clip to a Complex Assembly

Brackets are one of the most common stamped parts we produce, and also one of the most varied.

A bracket can be a simple bent clip with two holes, or a multi-feature formed assembly with flanges, embossed ribs, slots, and a powder coat finish.

Both require the same attention to print accuracy and repeatability.

We produce brackets and formed parts for automotive, appliance, electronics, and agricultural customers.  The geometry and complexity vary considerably depending on the application.

We work with steel, aluminum, high-strength low alloy, and coated metals across thicknesses from 0.006" to 0.390".

Secondary operations, includingtapping, welding, riveting, and vibratory deburring, are available in-house, which reduces the number of suppliers you need to manage.

For parts requiring powder coating, plating, or other finishing, we coordinate with trusted outside partners.
