Randy Rider is our President/Owner.

He holds a B. S. degree from Purdue University and a M. A. degree from Methodist Theological School. Additionally, over the years Randy has attended various training programs covering technical and managerial topics.

Randy has over 35 years experience in the metal stamping business. He has served on state and national trade association committees and has provided consulting and training in the business community.

Randy enjoys church activities, fishing, and family fun.

Mark Shultz is our Vice President and has been with the company since 1983.

Mark holds a B. S. degree in both Accounting and Business Management from Huntington University where he also played baseball. He has also received extensive training in team building and the problem solving process.

Mark is committed to our customers in meeting their requirements including delivery and quality while maintaining competitive pricing.

Mark and his wife Laura have three children - Kiera, Kolby, and Kaleigh. His interests are biking, coaching basketball and reading.

Lisa Smart is our Resource Manager and has been with the company since 1987.

She holds a degree in Computer Information Systems. She is also pursing a B. S. degree for Business Management with a minor in Human Resources.

Here at LCM she oversees all computer systems, ISO 9000-2001, Safety and Human Resources. She also has experience in other areas of the company such as project management, quoting and quality.

Lisa has also been trained in team building and problem solving.

She enjoys spending time with her three daughters.

Jill Christman is Customer Service and has been with the company since 1978.

She has received training on team building and problem solving.

Jill is very committed to customer satisfaction and does a great job of working with our customers in regards to their orders and order changes.

She enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Mary Ellen Scott is our Project Coordinator and has been with the company
since 1999.

She has a degree in organizational management from Huntington University. Mary Ellen has also received training in team building and problem solving.

Mary Ellen has 24 years experience in the manufacturing industry. 

Her interests are camping and watching NASCAR races.

Greg Bloxson is our Design Engineer and a fresh face to the company.

Greg received a B.A.M. degree from Tri-State University and an Associates degree from Ivy Tech Community College.
Greg comes to Lime City Manufacturing Co Inc with over 25 years of design and engineering experience; he also has 3.5 years of quality and 2 years of process engineering. His responsibilities include quoting, design, and trouble shooting. He also works close with the tool room doing reverse engineering tooling.

Greg has been married to his wife for 32 years and they have 3 children. Greg is involved with Boy Scouting with the family. He also enjoys bowling and golf.

Kevin Teusch is our Production Planner and has been a member of our team
since 1996.

Kevin has 18 years experience in Production Supervision which includes 4 years experience as a production planner.

He has received training in team building and problem solving.

His interests are golfing, fishing, softball, table tennis and lawn maintenance.

Ron Clabaugh is our Tool Service Manager and has been with our team since 1999.

Ron holds a certificate in Tool and Die. He attended IPFW in Fort Wayne for two years for Business Management and is currently pursuing a B. S. degree in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering. Ron has also received training in team building and problem solving.

He has 30 years experience in the metalworking field which includes 20 years in metal stamping, 10 years in C.N.C. operations and programming and 4 years wire EDM.

Gary Duckwall is our Materials Manager and has been with the company since 1988.

He has 19 years experience in diverse areas of the manufacturing business. He has been trained on team building and problem solving.

Gary’s interests are traveling, wood working and stained glass.

Mark Featherston is our Warehouse Manager and has been with the company
since 1988.

Mark received a B. S. degree from Huntington College.
Here at LCM he oversees all logistics, incoming, outgoing, and the finishing department. He has been the Warehouse Manager for the past 19 years and has gained valuable experience in this area. There have been many changes over the years including bar coding and computer controlled inventory. Mark has also received training on team building and problem solving.

Rich Batterson is our Maintenance Manager and has been with the company
since 1988.

Rich has 19 years experience in industrial maintenance. He oversees all equipment, buildings and grounds, which includes preventive maintenance.
Rich has also received training in team building and problem solving.

His interests are outdoor sports, hunting, fishing and golf.
